Emissions code questions

Emissions code questions i am wanting to get a diablo predator and was wondering if i use it to delete any codes from the PCM would it cause any problems with the emissions test?

i am not sure, i know that you can use it as a scan tool. i thought it could be used to delete common SES codes. but i wasnt sure if removing these codes would cause problems with my emission testing. i am sure i could just return it to a stock tune for emissions purposes. but i have a code coming up and i would like to delete it so i can pass emissions. so i am stumped.
