Some tuning issues
I recently got a full tune for my 230/226 cam and am having some issues with it. Below say 1500 RPM, if I floor it while crusing in 6th at 50 MPH, it kinda feels like it's missing backfiring , which it did not do before the cam, but did do before tuning w/ the cam. So I changed my plugs after getting the tune and the 4 corner plugs are a little wet.
And it feels really sluggish on the bottom end. I want a lot of low end torque!!!
Any ideas? Feel free to ask questions if you don't understand what I'm saying

Sorry to say, but if you want a lot of low end you should've got a smaller cam. A larger cam like that one won't build power much power till at least 2000 rpm. I'll be in the same boat b/c i just ordered a 233/233. About the misfiring, are you sure its not just from lugging the crap out of it? I'm sure youre also getting huge amounts of kr when you floor it in 6th.

Yah but it wasn't misfiring in 6th before the cam, which is why I was asking. And I know this is lugging it, but I'm just curious as to why it didn't do this before.
I knew this cam wouldn't have much lowend tq, but when I say lowend, I'm saying it revs really slow until around 3500-4000RPM. Feels like no power/torque at all.
