Gremlins in my carss computer

Gremlins in my cars computer I was told I have might have an electronic gremlin in my car anyone ever delt with this. I don't have any kind of ls1 edit....so is my only option to take it to the dealer. I have a misfire code that no matter what I replace it is still there
THE CAR RUNS LIKE CRAP but not all the time only different times through out the day. I have replaced plugs, wires, injectors, coilpack, fuel filter. I checked for broken valve spring on that cylinder. It is a # 6 misfire I have got a lot of advice from you all on my original thread but just spinning my wheels and spending money. This whole gremlin thing is new to me can someone elaborate.
