The only thing ive done to the car lately is put headers on. Last night it started misfiring pretty bad on my way home for a few seconds and then it stopped. This morning i went to drive downtown and it did it again. I hooked it up to the scanner at the shop i work at and #6 was good sometimes and others it would miss about 70 or 80 times per 100 cycles. A couple other cylinders are missing every now and then but not really badly like this. I swapped the plug wire with one from another cylinder and the problem stayed with #6. I took out the plug and it looked fine but i put another one in just for the hell of it and it was fine for about 5 minutes. Then it started doing the same thing again. It was so bad sometimes that if i slowed down the car would stall. The only code im getting is for random misfire. The scanner says that there is no ignition coil fault either. I think im gonna need some help on this one. Thanks in advance.
