DTC P0101 MAF code with big cams?
Just wondering how you guys fix this code with medium to large size cams?
I have bucking below 2K sorted out with tuning but DTC keeps setting.
Any suggestions wanted.

There's a table in HP Tuners, Maximum Delta Air Flow - P101 Error ... you adjust that
I think it's in LS1 edit also but not sure where
Maximum Delta Air Flow - P0101 Error: The VCM will constantly check the MAF operation by comparing the MAF calculated airflow against the calculated airflow using speed/density calculations. If the difference exceeds the threshold value at the particular speed/density calculated airflow then P0101 will be set.

I believe the real fix is to get the VE map squared
away, it got bent by the cam / heads / whatever else
goes along with it improving the VE up high and killing it
down low, and the MAF meanwhile just sits there
a-lookin' and a-bitchin'.

For those interested, i fixed my problem and this is how i did it.
Bear with me i'm new to LS1 Edit tuning, but very familiar with factory GM diagnostics; I reviewed Tech 2 Freeze frame data for DTC P0101 ,
I found 23gms/sec Maf reading at 8% engine load, and 1.76 volts map,8%tps reading all at 2500rpm at 62mph. I road tested stock Northstar and found under exact same driving conditions Maf read 27gms/sec. Now mind you this is 4.6 v8 and expected maf readings for LS1 under these conditions is going to be higher. My only instantly available tuning option was to adjust MAF translator so i did. I added 5% base and drove vehicle under exact same conditions twice(type B trouble code) and no more DTC P0101. Granted LT fuel trims went -3% average but small price to pay to prevent SES and Limp mode. Anyone see better way to resolve this? MY translator was at 0/0% all along for all previous tune ups with edit.
