Help, P1133 HO2S Insufficient Switching Bank 1 Sensor 1

Help, P1133 HO2S Insufficient Switching Bank 1 Sensor 1 In July I had my SLP headers w/ cats and my TR220 installed and dyno tuned.
20 miles after the install & tune was done my SES light came on. I took the car back and both front O2 sensors were shot. We replaced both front O2 sensors. The SES light was cleared.
Now, 45 days and 600 miles later I get the following code:
P1133 HO2S Insufficient Switching Bank 1 Sensor 1
Can anybody help tell me what is going on? I hate to just start swapping out O2 sensors.
