Mail order pcm?

Mail order pcm? I was taking to a guy and he said he can send me a pcm which will help me out alot. I rencently took of my cats and thats why i was goin to get a pcm. i have o2 sims i was just wonderign if my fuel is messed up while running no cats? Can this help me or should i get a dyno tune? If so what should i have him change on the pcm? also i was hopeign on cam maybe heads this winter so i was goin to spend all the money on a dyno tune when i will def have to do it next spring. 
Some mail order tuners lock up the PCM so you're
stuck if you decide to go anywhere else next time.
Want to avoid this situation especially if more mods
are in your future.
In-car tuning has a lot of advantages, like you can
see what's up with operation before you start to
change stuff.
Deleted cats, O2 sims (in the rear) do not affect
fueling. Makes it stanky, but no mixture effect.
