(LS1Edit) Car is lean on initial WOT tip in... what to change? Where in what table do I need to add fuel?
Just about any rpm i go to WOT, the car goes lean... say .790-.810 02's. It does this, gets a bit of retard and then is fine afterwards.

Fatten up the VE table in the areas (MAPxRPM) between
the start of tip-in and the destination WOT. This will
make the SD tune fatter, the MAF is not used when MAP
is changing quickly. The MAF when it comes back on line
will then suppress any SD over-enrichment (within reason,
too gross a discrepancy would set a MAF code). Also be
sure you have a high PE enrichment rate and a low mode
delay RPM.
You could also apply a bit of burst knock (or maybe you
already are and this is what shows in KR). Have to check
the knock counts along with the KR value to see if it is
reactive (KR) or predictive (BK) knock retard. You can
also take out some spark in the mid-MAP parts of the
main table but this might cost you some "snap" in part
throttle response.
Thing is PE doesn't kick in until after the throttle is well
open and spark pullback and enrichment both lag the air
rise from tip-in by a bit. So you may want to go a bit
"over the top" in the SD tune richness and let the MAF
sort it out in the stable-TPS regions.

I just change the point at which the PE table kicks in. PE now kicks in at 40 percent throttle instead of 60%. No more 17:1 afr ratio for a quarter second, now drops straight to 11.5:1.
VE adjustments made little to no difference on my car. Calculated VE changes were on the order of 35% higher than stock (turbo car) made the changes, say no difference in any fueling based on wideband.
