Default proportional and o2 error tables

Ok, I think i've got a handle on the mode vs airflow tables and the o2 rich/lean vs airflow tables. But what do the closed loop proportional tables do? What does "base adder" mean, and i'm assuming it's in mV from the o2's? How about the o2 error tables, are those used to calculate short term fuel trims somehow? Are the units on that percentage for the fuel trims? What is the integrator delay table used for and is it in seconds? Just trying to get the big picture of how all this works together. Thanks.
