exhaust smells = tuning issue ???

exhaust smells = tuning issue ??? Alright, I have a PCMFORLESS tune on my truck.... all mods listed below. Anyways, when I crank it up, turn it off, when its running, etc... I smell those exhaust smells. I don't have any cats, so keep that in mind. I was under the assumption that if an engine is running very clean it won't put of all of those smells....

Mine is a whole lot more stanky since I put the gutted
cats on, and my idle tune is pretty good per the wideband
and my trims.
Also where I used to have soot on the exhaust tips I
now have a lot more tar-like residue, yellow sticky.
I guess those cats musta been real busy.
