Check for any vacuum leaks. Is this isolated to one bank or both?

Back 2, I went to Autozone and according to the scan he did it says Bank 2 is running lean. Why would it be running lean?!?!

ok, looking at the log I made again, the O2 B2S1 sensor reads no higher than 20, and reads 0 most of the time. What could be causing this?? Bank 2 is the passenger side correct? And S1 would be the pre-cat O2 sensor?

Yes sounds like you have an exhaust leak and fresh air is hitting your o2 sensors. Find another maf temporarily and use that to see if it gets rid of the codes

Yes but it seemed like you were attacking the MAF fisrt so I asked to make sure all your connections were solid. I am betting the passenger bank has some sort of exhasut leak or a bad o2 senor that hanst thrown a code yet. Swap both o2 and see it it follows to the next bank

so you're saying it could be either O2 sensosr, front or rear on the passenger bank?

Front on the pas bank swap it to the drivers side and see what happens. If it moves it the o2 if it doesnt look for a leak somewhere before teh o2 sensor.
