Hard to say? But I think they both use accelorametors(sp) along with an inputed vehicle weight to calculate HP. It would seem to me that since the dynorad also uses tach and speed sensor data in the equasion it could be more accutare. But I would also think that speed sensor data could corrupt the whole thing because of wheel spin or convertor slip(a4's). The main thing to remember is that either of them are just estimates of HP/Torque. And given the same car and parameters they should be able to represent changes made to the car.
