HP TUNERS: Please come through for me, ASAP urgent.
I hate to be a bother or a real pain by emailing several times but im in a very stuck situation looking for you guys to come through for me as a new customer.
You announced your new pricing plan with the cable trade in setup, but after over a week or contacting your sales staff, ive not gotten anywhere on getting my order placed. I was told to not go ahead on your website and place the order online, because the cable needed to be sent in first to get the credit toward the order.
My car is down completely inoperable until i get your software, period. LS1Edit destroyed my old PCM and will not work with my new pcm as they wont unlock it or allow me to connect it to my new pcm, even though thier software crash lost me pcm and cost me alot of money. Im not longer a Carputing customer because of this, and im trying to become your customer.
Everytime ive emailed ive been told "Will contact you later this week with info" well the week has gone by and its now the next week and i still cant get my order processed. I need to next day air you my cables and get your setup by friday. What do i need to do to do this? There are no phone #'s to contact you , and emailing hasnt gotten me anywhere. Im a customer in need of urgent help. please message me or email me asap aidann20@aol.com

But, now that EFILive7 and FlashScan is imminent, I've already settled on them. They have designed an interface the way I would.
Great idea for pricing, though.

so is this setup so we can send in our autotap cables yet? I want to go ahead and get this but I want to make sure I'm gonna get credit for my efilive first. Let me know.
