Help with P0122 DTC

Help with P0122 DTC Can you guys give me some insight on this one?? My car threw an SES light the other day, so I had it scanned at AutoZone. The SES light does come on and go off from time to time. I figured this was going to be b/c of my headers (SLP's) as I have read about it happening to serveral other people on the board. The codes that were thrown were P0155, P1153 (both of these have been consistent with others that have LT's), and P0122. My question is why the P0122?? I highly doubt it's a bad sensor since the car drives normal and only has 10,000 miles on it. I checked the voltage: .65 @ idle, 4.65 @ WOT. What else could be throwing this code?? I do have a ported TB, will that set it? If so, why?? Would there be a connection between the P0122 code and the other two O2 codes?? Appreciate anyone who has some advice or info.

It's a bit of a tuff one ... Helms starts with the TPS harness and circuit check, as well as, MAP sensor circuit check with a multi meter to ensure that everything is connected properly and there are no shorts(I know you said you looked at voltage but these tests are under operation)...... then after that there are a series of circuit tests for an intermitent condition 
... I would start by making sure all connections & harnesses are good at both ends(sensors & PCM) and wiggle them around while testing v for intermitent short.
