Just got my HP tuner

I have a 2002 Z28 6 speed and I was wondering what sould I do first with the tuner. I have installed LT headers, removed cats, 3" true dual exhaust. I have also removed the air pump and installed a 160 t-stat. The check engine light is on because I have no cats and no air pump. Any help would be great.

deleting the codes for the o2's would be a good start as well as turning off cot ...and changing your fan temp turn on/off's

Would you happen to know what codes I need to delete and how do I turn off cot?

um... scan your car.. whatever codes you're setting disable....

for COT just say "no" to the "enabled yes/no" option ....

I would suggest reading the manual (once installed hit F1... print it and read through it) it goes over the tables very well... and describes what everything does
