High compression spark advance?

High compression spark advance? I'm beginning to tune my motor that has fairly high compression. 12:1 SCR and something around 9.5:1 DCR. I've sucessfully pulled some timing out and all detectible ping is gone. What KR remains looks to be false knock given where and when it is occurring. Of course, I've pulled too much timing and now the car's down on power.
I'm interested in how those of you with hi-co motors have tuned your advance. Here's my high-octane spark advance table as I pulled it from the VCM. Where were you experiencing ping / knock retard and how have you tuned yours?
