Car falls on its face @ Stop signs

Car falls on its face @ Stop signs When slowing down to stop the car will stall if I don't hit the gas. Where should I look to fix this.

TSP 233/239 .603/.600 112 LSA (Just installed)
LT w/ cats to Cut-Out
30# Injecters
Pulley
Lid
I have HPTuners and Idle is pretty good at start-ups. Here is some of what I've done:
Set TB Screw
Idle RPM 875
VE 1200> 60/80/90%
Timming +2 600/800 RPM .08-.32 / +1 1000 RPM /08-.32
IAC Park Position 68*< set to 21.00

When mine was doing this, I had not adjusted for the injectors. I simply told him what to adjust them to. Another forum member showed this to me, I would have never figured this out, hell I'm still learning to tune. Closer have you swapped injectors?
