Default Can I safely re-flash my PCM with my car in pieces?

I just bought HP Tuners, and I want to drop the original program back in the car before I mail out my LS1 Edit for it's trade in. But the car is in pieces right now.

The airlid is off so the IAT sensor is not hooked up.
The TB is off so the IAC and TPS are not hooked up.
The Fuel rail is off, so the injectors are not hooked up.
The rear axle is gone, so the ABS/TCS sensors are not hooked up.

Assuming, I either pull the fuel pump fuse, or funnel the fuel line into a catch can, can I turn on the ignition and safely flash the PCM?

Default

pull the fuse for the fuel, it will spray everywhere if you dont. but other than that you should be fine. just make sure the voltage is good.
