Also the drag officials frown on a loose laptop in the car at the track .
The local constabulary also has a dim view of people driving around with a loptop functioning on the seat next to them , over here they view it like talking on a mobile phone while driving - nearly a hanging offence.
The black box datalogging was the best thing in my case.
