Dumbfounded by codes
P0102 - mass airflow sensor circuit
P0300 - random multiple misfire (had that since the cam swap)
P0801 - reverse inhibit control circuit malfunction
P0803 - 1-4 skip shift control circuit
I checked all the wiring and everything is connected, nor does anything look like it is damaged. I looked at the maf and there is nothing on the sensors to give it a malfunction. I took the plug off the maf to see if the car would run smoother and it didn't. What is the problem?
The P0300 may be attributed to this too
I just got home from a local car club meeting so about to hit the sack... will look at this in the morning...
Check all fuses ... could just be a blown fuse ... did you disconnect the battery before the clutch swap?
power and output. I think that's what P0102 is
about, total deadness. The MAF shouldn't have
anything to do with the clutch but it seems you
have a couple of transmission-related lines also
messed up, maybe a wire got bit and shorting it
took down the 5V reference power or the same
leg of 12V that runs the MAF. If you find that either
of the MAF signals (B+ or output) are down, then
this is an alley worth going down. Got DMM?
When I was popping Engine Sensor fuses left and right it was because my driver side O2 (front) wire was hitting my header, eventually it melted though and then whenever it touched the header POP
the MAF, O2 heater, O2 sensors are all on this engine sensor fuse... sounds like the other two codes are too
