DSP tunes

DSP tunes I'm about to do a H/C swap on my 02 SS. I have the Diablo Sport Predator tuner and I have access (for $$$) to a Dynojet and wide band.
The heads will be hand ported (not by me) 5.3's with large valves (2.02-2.05) and reworked chambers.
The Cam will likely be an F13 or F14 (more than 230 degrees duration and high .500 of lift) in a 112lsa.
Is the DSP the right tool and are there tuners around (via email etc.) that can help?
