Default Another OBD II inspection question....
Hey guys,

Correct me if I am wrong but in regards to the readiness monitors/tests that are looked at during the PCM scan portion of the smog test, 1996 thru 2000 model year cars are allowed up to two incomplete monitors and can still pass.

Am I right about this?

Not sure if it varies from state to state, but that's the situation in Massachusetts.
