A car has a couple of thing deleted out of the computer (ex EGR, A.I.R,, rear 02's) while there is a Hypertech Power Programer installed..... IF the car is returned back to "stock" via the Hypertech, Will the EGR, AIR.etc... still be tuned out of the computer?????

 

No, you will be back to all of your stock settings.

 

or even worse, your hypertech will not put the car back to stock, since the computer is not a match to the file that the tuner is locked to.

...... Reason i ask is..... had EGR, AIR, etc tuned out, while there was a Hypertech PP installed.... Now that i put it back to 'stock' via HPP, my car is throwing a code..... Going to get it scanned and see what codes it throws....

 

..... I'm guessing my car is tuned back to "stock"..... code thats being thrown is p0410= secondary air injection system...... i think thats the AIR.... not sure?????
