Yeah, I tried 1.05 even, nada still. I've never had to replace knock sensors, never had it throw any codes, just random misfires and o2 sensor errors before I had sims after I installed the cam. I'm talking with Jesse Bubb about this also, he may be able to help solve the problem I'm having. I'll let you know what I find out! I have to go to LA for the next 2 days on a Geek Squad convention with a few of my friends, I'll hit you guys up if I can tap into an in-home wireless network.

Well, I talked on the phone briefly to Jesse Bubb, who apparently is pretty good with ls1-edit and we eventually found that the issue was in the cable itself, due to my idiot *** hooking a power inverter to the laptop, which put +12 on the ground and popped something in the box. I'm going to attempt to read information off an LS1-style car/truck and if I get the same error, this cable is being shipped off, I need it back before the 29th!!!

Cool, it had to be the cable. Everything else seemed to checkout okay. Your laptop with Win2k and a real serial port is ideal, plus your scanner worked and connected, the pcm seemed okay considering you've been driving your car, and again, your scanner worked fine.
Glad to hear you got this sorted-out, it was bugging me.

LOL, I know it man. I'm still irritated, I didn't even get to upload an LS1 file to change my gear ratio settings, so driving 55 it says like 75 or some crap! You wouldn't happen to know who exactly I would need to contact to get the cable fixed would you?

Never got a response back from Dave... Not sure... I'm still in need of this!!! Not giving up yet... Had Jesse Bubb program me up a PCM, to keep as a spare and to run it on the 29th for a slight increase in performance. Any other email addresses I should try?

That email address might have changed. It was a few years ago when I used it.
