you can use either nb or wb. if you just go with the nb sensor then you will only be able to run it at 14.7-1.

i am using just the wb and can pick any a/f raito i want it to target at any rpm/map reading. i might be able to get better mileage by leaning it out at cruse but it runs better when i leave it a little rich.

with a 408, big cam, 95lb injectors, 4700lbs, 4wd and bad areodynamics i am prety happy with 12mpg.

i have my meth hooked up and tuned now. i am 99% sure i can run some 10's on pump gas with the meth.

www.glensgarage.com has the flyback board for $28

what WB do you have parish?
do you have MS turning on your meth?
can you control the pump speed with mega, or is there still a needto get the progressive controller?

i have the complete alkey control kit. it is map based progresive kit. no mega control.

i have an fjo wideband. it is a few years old and all that you could buy back then. i would go with a cheaper brand now.

probably about as good as it does on the stock pcm
i think you could get by, just your AFR wont be to accurate, and like parish said before youll only be able to run 14.7 with it, as it realy only detects rich/lean

yes in the down pipe is a must for wide band, narrowband go as close to the headers as possible.

Flyback is pretty easy to install. ORder a kit from DIYautotune, or glensgarage.com, and go with the instructions in the mega manual. You have to get 6-8" of aluminum angle iron, 1/2" x 3/4" (home depot has this), to make a heat sink for the bigger FETs - that is the hardest part. Takes MAYBE an hour to build, depending on how long you take to make the heat sinks.

people are complaining because he now takes 2+ months sometimes, to ship kits. He's shipping 60+ kits, three days a week!!!!

DIYautotune.com is a place that stocks the parts, and puts together kits just like Glen does. He's been faster to ship, by far...

yea, he does take a short while to ship.... but he tells you that before you order... its only one guy (i think his name is glen), working out of some small place (possibly his garage?).... lol

not the place if you're in a rush.... but he does ship a nice kit.

My car is up and running as of yesterday. I piggy backed the TPS sensor, added Coolant temp and IAT sensors. It was a breeze to install.

I ordered mine from RS-Autosport.com , it made it to me in three weeks. Seems to be working great! The harness kit is really nice too.

so all you had to do was splice into the TPS and then hook up the other two sensors, and a vacuum port and you were done, cept for tunning naturally

Pretty much, I cut the wires for the injectors right at the pcm and split them up between the two banks for injector control. Had to run it like a 4 cylender in the setup. Also, I am using the 0-5v Wideband output from my Dynojet wideband for closed loop fueling.
