STILL throwing knock sensor low input codes
I just replaced the knock sensors on my car because of the two low input codes that were getting thrown. I also checked to make sure the wires weren't crushed, and they aren't. Still throwing the codes. Had them deleted and they came on in minutes. What options do I have here?

check the wire... I was setting a P0327... replaced the front Knock sensor... still setting it... was driving me crazy ...
Finally took the intake manifold back off and found that I had pinched one of the knock wires... so it was shorting out... I replaced the wiring harness that goes from the adapter in back of the intake manifold to the 2 knock sensors... and problem solved

I never crushed the wires and they are fine. I have no idea what to do. Does anyone have the pin layout for the ECU? I want to check to see if they are burnt or broken. I am about to just get someone with autotap to delete the codes from the system for me. Anyone know how much that would cost from a shop? I'm open to any ideas.

I had the same problem, both codes, the first time it was a crushed wire, the second time it was burnt knock sensor pins on the PCM.
Look at the BLUE PCM connector:
Pin #11 (light blue wire) Rear KS
Pin #51 (dark blue wire) Front KS
Mainly look for white corrosion on the pins. I touched the pins with pencil and they both broke right off. I got a rebuilt PCM from Wester's Garage that he programmed with my Vin# and flashed the latest GM software.

Hey Horist...I just got my HPT today and I got rid of my rear 02's, AIR and EGR. I went out for a drive an I threw the dreaded P0327. Now...my car is a 2000 and I put a LS6 intake on it a few months back...so I figure that I too must have pinched a wire. Does anyone have a pic or a better description of where this wire is? I don't know where to look. I want to fix this as I'm getting the 4* of KR too! Grrr!
