HP Tuner purchase.

Hey guys, I ordered my HPTuner on Monday morning and have not yet received anything from them confirming the purchase or if the item has been shipped. I understand they are busy but just wondering if this is normal??

Check your Spam mail folder... the shipment notification comes from ups but unfortuanetly alot of spam rules are set to block this message...

don't worry this is normal

I went thru the same thing 2 weeks ago

I started raising heck on here and at hptuners and receved 2 emails and the software on the same day lol

More than Zero

BTW ordered on monday and recived it on the next monday

Well starting to wonder now. It's been 12 days since I ordered it and nothing yet. I was told they would USPS Priority mail it to me but I guess that didn't happen. You think I should start getting upset???

I'm kinda getting upset because I don't get nothing from them. No email informing me of payment received, no shipping confirmation, nothing. Only thing I got was a paypal confirmation. It's been 2 weeks. Checked SPAM mail and nothin.

The shipping number will come from ups direct and will appear from casper electronics (company they use to make and send the cables) ... you could always email HPT at the sales email address to inquire as to the status... but it's probably already on it's way ...

thanks for the info Horist. I don't like to grumble but I think you can understand my frustration. My car aint running to well and I hate looking out the window for the package.
