Iam getting crappy gas milage. CAn to much timing cause this/bad o2s??

Iam getting crappy gas milage. CAn to much timing cause this/bad o2s?? Okay I have some LTs and it throws a code now and then.(heater 1103) I do have a little exhaust leak off the headers to the y-pipe. Or could it be to much timing? I have the predator its running good,my o2s are at 895-910 all day long with about 27 degrees. I heard thow when you run lts the o2s dont get as hot. So there not that close to what there reading.. But i can tell when my o2s are 920 or higher it feels slugish.
