Default BLM spike on one side

Well no one seemed to be able to explain why my O2 voltages were so low in speed density mode, but it seems that the problem is now only apparent on deceleration. Driving around, under throttle, my BLMs are 128 across the board. During deceleration, my right side O2 voltage drops considerably and my right O2 integ (I assume that's my short term fuel trim) spikes to as high as 161 while the others stay pretty much constant at 128. Is this my VE tables or something mechanical? I have a new sensor, should I put it in? What is this a sign of? Or should I just keep running VE Master and hope it gets tuned out?
