WTF is up with my car? O2 pegged?????

today, my car started running like ***... stumbling BAD, and sputtering....
HPT is showing O2 B1 is pegged at 1107mv and the LT B2 is MAX lean????
is my O2 bad???? how much is a O2??? please...

please help me, my car is not drivable...

also, it threw a PO300 missfire code, you think that is because of the 02???

please help asap

O2 dead... replace

Bank 1 = driver, Bank 2 = passenger

~50 bucks, unless you go with Bosch or Denso
