Can wet O2 sensors dry out?
Got caught in a flash flood with water nearly over the door sills Tueday. Needless to say the o2 sensors got damp. Since then I have had the PO152 code and the car will occasionally load up and stumble. After about a minute of this the car runs normal. I unplugged the various connections to let them dry out (water was inbetween the the connectors). No misfires are picked up by my scanner.
Would the o2 sensor be damaged by the water or does it need to dry out more?
Thanks.

Unplug the connectors and spray wd40 in them or some kind of dry out spray electrical cleaner
It will take along time for them to dry out and you might damage them with the afr being off...
