EFILive .map's/custom PID's

EFILive .map's/custom PID's Does anyone know where I could find or does anyone have any .map files/custom PID's created for EFILive that would allow me to log MAF (Hz) and Dynamic Airflow (lbs/min) for a MAF calibration? I just started playing with the scanner last night and it seems to be a bit different from what I've read you need to do in HPTuners. Also, I'm about to dive into my first wideband-assisted, speed density tune and would appreciate any pointers from other EFILive users. It seems most of the tutorials are directed towards HPTuners...
