Whats your opinion????? I am looking to buy a programer for my 2000 z28...was wondering what brand is better...Hypertech power programmer? predater sport?? or ls1 edit?? also was wondering if you can tune out the asr so u dont have to turn it off everytime i get in the car.............

HPP3 is crap
Predator is nice
Vinci's hand held is nice too
LS1 Edit is outdated and in a totally different boat... the handhelds do basic tunes and changes, that's it... LS1 Edit and the like give you full access to the PCM and you log and make the changes yourself.
If looking for a full blown editor/scanner then the two contendors now are HP Tuners VCM Suite and EFI Live Flashscan.
I've been using HP Tuners for well over a year (used LS1 Edit before it) and I love it... great software and great support
