Default Anyone heard if BS3 is in legal trouble?

A friend and I were chatting at the track as I am contemplating going BS3 route and he mentioned that BS3 is getting/ or will be, hammered for not securing permission to use Factory Patented connectors or something. Sounds sketchy at best, but hell I didnt know APE had trouble until it was almost to late.

Thanks

Charlie

Not a shock... it seems to be meaney's MO. Do it now and worry about the consequences later. He got busted for taking dfi code and starting fast/speedpro/felpro/whateveryoucallit... with it. Not sure what happened with holley but something went on between them and him. There's also some reason (legality) why bs doesn't advertise that it can spray dry nitrous... it's prolly all tied in together somehow.
