Default 90mm TB & Tuning with LS1-Edit

The 90mm Intake and TB will be going on real soon, and I already have LS1-Edit.

But I'm looking for basic information, on what I need to tune to make this things run, at least enough until I can get it to a tuner, who is about 70 miles away.

I realize HP Tuners is probably better suited for this, but I'd rather not have to trash my ls1-edit set-up, just so I can adjust for the TB.

I assume I'd be working with and scaling the IAC Park Position Table?

Thanks in advance for any tips!

You have a firehawk? You shouldn't need to do anything to make it run. You may have to drill a hole in the throttlebody blade if the 90mm doesn't have one already.

I might be able to help you, however I use EFI Live. I am in the Albany area.

I just looked your area up on mapquest, looks like yoru about 3 hours away...not a bad trip!

So, your not comfortable tuning with LS1-Edit? only with EDI Live?

How does EFI Live work as compared to LS1-Edit?

Do I need to buy my own copy of EFI-Live, or can you handle everything with your copy for the shop?

Let me know!

Mike,

All the software out there does the same thing. The tables in the PCM as setup from GM, these software programs just allow you to alter them. I really like EFI Live as it has some cool features that make it easier and quicker to tune with. I have the full blown EFI Live version which has unlimited use.

You stated you where in Upstate NY....where are you 3 hours away?
