loosing power

loosing power just put on headers with ORY, ses light on due to no simms, no tuning.
the car is stock, with procharger- 10 # boost, 42#inj., inline pump.
the car doesnt seem to have the power it once did. it is mechanically sound.
looses power between approx. 4500 rpm, and 5500 rpm. then it it comes on again from there to rev limiter @6200 rpm.
it seems a lil worse afterr the header install. i dont see any knock on EFILive..im not really seeing a problem on it except for it says closed loop fault...no o2 simms? but this shouldnt matter when i mash it anyway because it goes to open loop then.
it seems to be a bit louder when its at its loosing power points... pretty sure its not goin lean. but o2's are constantly 900-1000 mv when im on it. i know they are not really accurate but wtf.
could my spark curve be to retarted at these points? need help..lol goin to track tomarrow!
