Ive looked at this and check these things.
1) check the din cable for damage, burnt, cut etc.
2) Check the din cable connector, look at pins on the LM-1 and on the cable side
3) My guess is that the o2 sensor is bad, if its been dropped at all it can damage the sensor. If you have it mounted in your car, have you had any welding done lately?

i think its the sensor also, because when i left it at a shop to do work. I told them that they needed to turn on the LM1 to warm it up first. When i picked it up it wasnt working. So im guessing they ran the car without turning it on.

I didnt want to spend $80 on a new one and find out that the sensor wasnt the problem though. I emailed Cort Charles about it a few times and he never responded.
