Really Wierd Ft Problem

Really Wierd Ft Problem on my friends 01 formula we put a TREX cam and we went to get it tuned and we strapt it down for a baseline (untuned) and it was way lean, so we got out the Tech 2 and checked out the Fuel trims and they were 0 at idle and -25 both sides on the throttle...Whats up with that??? We pulled the plugs and every one of them was BLACK (rich) these were brand new plugs..We were told to make sure it was dot to dot and it was...The tuner said that it could be a bad cam.is this true?? what would cause the Wide band to say lean and the plugs to say rich???\
The car has kooks lid and basics..
We put a stock MAF and tune on it and the problem persisted???
Any help would be GREAT!!!!!

-25 is mega rich. - trims subtract fuel (lean out) and + trims adds (richens). Do you have a Wideband. Was a PT tune done before strapping it to the dyno? Do you have a log and tune

yes I understand it was trying to take out fuel, thats what im saying the plugs would foul out in a short period of time..and when it was on the wide band 02, it showed to be lean....18.0 -1 and at wot 15.5-1 or more!!!! what is PT tune, yes he did do something, i donno what though..

HE SET THE IDLE AT 1100 AND IT STILL HAD A LAZY IDLE!!So you guys think I should take it somwhere else to get tuned??Thats the problem??I sure hope so they told him to buy another cam!!
