Stalling/surging when coming to a stop/reverse

My car is not showing any IAC count I'm so f-ing frustrated i hate my car I NEED HELP. I had it tuned at Hitech motorsports and it won't idle at all. My Tb count is 72 at idle to keep it running.

Well I just got it to idle disconnected the battery started it at .72 tps voltage then got it down to .54 letting it learn the idle right now but my IAC count is still 00 so what is going on with this thing? I backfired the nitrous and it wrecked the old IAC but I replaced it but it still says no count I'm not sure what else it could be. I never looked at the old IAC counts after the back fire so i'm not sure if it was 0 but I would assume it was because it would not move. Does anyone have any ideas?

HPtuners has a slight error on the throttle cracker enable/disable page. The stock 01 f-bodies save the bin with these two points swapped around. Make sure they are set at 2/1 rather than 1/2 and you will see a difference if it's not already. Good luck!
