Does anyone on here use an Apexi SAFC for tuning? I have one from my talon laying around I was thinkin about installing it and using it.

 

why?

with proper tuning software available, there is no benefit to lying to the pcm as those devices do.

maybe you could sell it on a talon board and pick up a copy of efilive or hpt?

 

its worth like $100 if that, HPT is $500

I dont plan on doing LT/Head/Cam till next year so I dont need any major tuning until then at which time I will have it dyno tuned with HPT/LS1edit.

In the meantime I wouldnt mind putting this in and correcting a few % just for the heck of it, plus it has nice digital gauges when in read mode. I was just wondering if anyone has used it if it even works, It should work as far as i know since you can select maf type and cylinder/throttle type.
