Seems like you running close to 28-29 degrees of timing at WOT, that seems to be your problem. Need to bring that down to about 22-23 degrees of timing.

maybe I'm mesreading it... but I'm not seeing 28-29* of timing...... the first chart looks maybe 20* or so?

2nd he had knock on tip in (started right at wot)

plus 28-29* of timing on a well tuned car isn't that bad.... about high medium.... (22-23 is about stock for 01/02 cars and is too low)

Send me your scans... I'll try to look them over

The 2nd one shows 23.5* and 5.1* of KR. So thats close to 29* of timing.

Ive never been able to run that much timing up top, the most I could get was about 26-27*. If you can run that much timing up top on stock heads, that would be interesting to know how, are you running below 12:1 AFR? Im running about 12.5:1 and 26* is about where I got to be a good spot.

its probably tip in like horist was saying also I noticed your going from 0 to 100 tps very quickly then back again several times thats asking for problems not just on the engine but the whole driveline rear end and all something is gonna break with any sort of traction. The kr could be mechanical noise from parts banging pulsing the throttle like that are you trying to get it to knock.

He's going from 0 to 100 tps and back down because he is shifting. If you look at the RPM chart you can see he is shifting and going up and then shifting.

Whats this enrichment rate? Sorry for being ignorant, but I still dont understand the whole Tip-in concept, never adjusted any settings on my Knock Sensor calibration.

check your knock sensor calibrations and make sure they all look inline, that is if its been tuned before. we were trying to figure out some mysterious knock on a 383 and all the settings were wrong from previous "professional" tune

What's considered in line? What should the settings be?
