my first guess would be bad o2 to start, i will tell you more tommorow i will look at work for you.

i dont know if an o2 sensor would cause both banks to go rich but anything is a possability. i would go for a mass air flow sensor or too high fuel pressure but again anything is a possibility kinda hard to diag stuff over the internet but when u do something give specific details and i will try to help with advice

well i still get good gas miles. 99 auto 2.73 26miles on highway and 16-19 on street. i descreen the MAF. Could that be the prob?

oh crap i didnt see both banks were rich, that wouldnt be the o2. your prolly looking at a reg or a maf. like 3rd gen guy said.

did u happen to touch/ break the tiny wires inside the MAF?

no, wires still inside MAF. Iwent to radio shack to buy contact cleaner. sprayed in inside MAF to clean it. didnt wipe it or touch it with anything. then i started to wonder why its taking so long to dry, the bottle read "Contact Cleaner with lube" so is that ok? I also have a K&N CAI kit, and i think i over oiled it......well i did over oil it. when i wiped the inside of the MAF housing it was red oil.
