Question Correcting Speedo via Tire Size

Hello Everyone,
I'm having an issue correcting my speedo with new 3.73's in the rear. I have an 2001 WS.6 M6, and a predator tuner. My computer is calibrated differently, and the predator tuner can't re-program my gear ratio changes, so i need to try changing the tire size accordingly. Does anyone have the formula for this or know how to do this? I'm currently running stock 275/40/17's all around.

Thanks,
Haans
