throwing code p1415

can anyone shed some light on what this is, I looked it up and it still doesn't make any sense to me. what is the air syatem or secondary air injection system. I understand bank one.

Did you remove your smog pump (aka !air)?

If you still have your smog pump, it sounds like the B1 solenoid is going out

where is the smog pump at so that I would know where to look. got the code deleted this morning and drove for about an hour and no ses light.
