Bad MAF Or Programming Error?
Your experianced opinions on rather the MAF is bad or there is a problem in the tune please?
How do you test a MAF?
Radix & Magnuson Superchips tune. See Dyno charts in sig.
This ought to coincide with the "flat top" of the
HP-RPM curve (airflow = power pretty much). If
you improve the high RPM breathing and the MAF
doesn't change then suspect the MAF. But I know
on my 5.7 logs I see 300-310 at 6000RPM.
I'd say 361 indicates a boost level of about
4PSI on the smaller motor, at the big end?
((316/310)*(5.7/5.3)-1)*14.7PSI

My boost gauge says 6.8 to 7 psi according to conditions. I tested the boost gauge on our instrumentation bench on the job so there is no question there. So with a Radix pushing 7psi and a MAF only reading out 361, what say yee?
