Default The rev limiter wont go more than 6400rpm

I have a 2000 camaro A4 and it is tuned with ls1 edit and i opened the rev till 7100 rpm and still 6400rpm is the cut off, plz help me with this problem...

did you tune it yourself? I know in hptuners there are several rev limiters so just make sure the right one is active.

A tuner did the tuning job for me and still i am facing this problem also when i use to have the hypertich i made the rev 6600rpm but still 6400rpm is the rev..

6600 on a 6400 rev limiter isnt completely abnormal...and if your only looking at the stock tach which is inaccurate it just adds to the normalcy of it. Remember it takes time for the computer to see that you've hit 6400...and especially in lower gears your going through rpms at a much higher rate.
