Initial tune... Will EFI Live or HP Tuners give me an initial setting according to my mods to get me in the ballpark of what I need? I don't want to run real lean or rich on startup, and try to learn how to adjust my settings at the expense of my new motor or sensors. I am completely knew to this tuning thing so could ya provide some insight?
I don't think there are any settings for that, but I'm sure you could read your file and send it to someone with a list of mods and they might be able to set you up with a safe ballpark tune for your startup.

Search and a lot of reading. Check out the sticky's at the top and continue to read. After you have read, read some more. You will constantly be learning. I have done this for over 3 years now and still learn new things.
