DTC Accumulation

I have about 50 DTC's showing on my car right now. Kinda pisses me off because I know that most of these aren't problems. If i was to clear them the ones that are actually still problems would come back right?

if the PCM detects a problem it sets an SES on the first or second notice of it
If the PCM detects that the problem is fixed, it will eventually turn off the SES

If you're setting 50 DTCs it sounds like a big problem ... or the potential of being one... I'd suggest posting up what you're setting

did you take out your cats? or have your car tuned after you took out the EGR and AIR?

you have a whole bunch of o2 related codes with egr looks like you need a tune if the egr is removed and new o2 sensors for the from. Something is wrong with you MAF sensor. you are idling to high and too low (iac motor may be broke.

or

you just have a bad ******* ground. Make sure the pcm isn nice and tight

could a stereo system that can bring the voltage down to 11.5 volts cause the problem. How would i find out what is wrong with the MAF? Also both my cats are gone and the rear o2's are gone. im getting bad mileage too.
