My advise, get some cats, real ones, into the exhaust, and get the rear o2's up and working and then go back thru.. before they tell you that the car has to go on the rollers.
P.M. Chef, he has more info about this stuff.. his car failed and he had to do stuff to get it to go thru.
I dont know how or who screwed chef either, My buddy actually WANTED the roller test on a car he swapped the engine out of, he went from an OBDII vehicle to a carbed system. They wouldnt do it and he just registered the car somewhere else lol.
