What are the symptoms of a bad O2 sensor Just wondering if a bad O2 sensor would cause a car to surge pretty bad on cold starts. I turn the key and it starts but dies the second turn it stalls until I give it gas and I have to give it gas for a couple of seconds or else it dies. And it has died already twice after startup from pumping gas. Do you get bad gas mileage when a O2 Sensor is bad? I did a search and everyone provides the codes that they where given.
My idle jumps up and down on bumper to bummper and it feels like it wants to die and tends to jerk a little
Could this be symptoms of a bad O2s? I know I would need to provide you guys with codes that are being thrown but that will be until Tuesday.
